What gwaindex is

gwaindex is an index of audio that has already been posted publicly. We host no audio and store no media files. We catalogue public links and their metadata — titles, tags, performer names, durations — and point you back to the original. Playback always happens on the source platform. gwaindex is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Soundgasm, Reddit, or any creator, and the service is for adults aged 18 and over only.

Our role under EU and UK law

gwaindex is an information-location and indexing service. Under the EU e-Commerce Directive and the Digital Services Act — and the equivalent UK regime — a service that merely indexes and links to third-party content that is already public is an intermediary. We are not the source or host of the underlying audio, we exercise no editorial control over it, and we are under no general obligation to monitor it. We index public data.

Acceptable use

Use the index lawfully. Don’t use it to harass anyone, to scrape or attack the service, or to break the law in your jurisdiction.

Reporting unlawful content

If you believe a specific link in the index points to unlawful content, email [email protected] with the exact link and the legal basis for your report. Where we obtain actual knowledge that a specific link points to unlawful content, we act as the law requires. This is the single channel for content concerns.

What we don’t do

gwaindex indexes information that is already public. We do not edit, host, or vouch for the underlying audio, and we do not remove links to lawful, publicly-posted content on request.

No warranty

The index is provided “as is”. Metadata may be incomplete or out of date, and links may break when the source platform changes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for your use of the service.
